Founder  

I am the daughter of an unstoppable, positive force of nature, which I then became. My mother (Diane Reynolds, COO), a science teacher, NASA curriculum writer, business woman in Silicon Valley, active environmental protector, a love for Redwood trees and all living things, 4H leader and farm manager, was the person who connected me to our Earth, and all that live in it.  

My connection to the environment goes back as far as I can remember. I was a highly successful member of the 4H Club in Saratoga, CA in both animal husbandry and farm management and I am passionate about animals, environment and all living things.  

As a successful VP and manager for a big Silicon Valley Corporation and my years of experience in Real Estate, outside sales and marketing, I’m excited to bring my business success, leadership, passion, commitment and hope for a better world, to our new foundation.

My unique life journey has opened many doorways for me to be part of and provide help, knowledge and education to many others through teaching and business.  

As a 37 year science, environmental science and art teacher, I have interacted directly with about 30,000 students and helped students “see” life and Earth and act to make it better. Awards and grants followed as others “saw” what we were doing.  

Working directly with N.A.S.A, big business, automated speech recognition and corporate non-profits has, also, allowed me to offer opportunity, knowledge and hope to others.

Experience: 

 1956-1960 Completed college majors were science, environmental science and art.
- State of California Board of Education Environmental Science Curriculum Committee – 2 years
- Life Time Teaching Credential
1982 -Master’s Degree is in Education Business Administration.
1995 – National Environmental Science Teaching First Place Award

2000-2010 – Virtual CSR Director of Operations – Automated Speech Recognition Company
2010 – 2018 – Corporate Director of Operations – 5 corporation umbrella – automated speech recognition and profit enhancement
2019 to present - CUGIVE Non-profit – COO for development and non-profit operations
